Amarone Aneri
Amarone is born from the wine growing region of Valpolicella, sixty years have passed since its debut. The predecessor of this very grand wine was the "Recioto". A sweet wine known from the end of roman times. Recioto was born from a selection of grapes of a highly elevated quality and from a light natural passing of the regional fruits. A region known for its micro climate, this climate allows for an ample variety of grapes to be grown with great consistency. The expansion of wine making requirements and elementary flavours carried the wine to be wanted upon every table, and not only for the wealthy. Its popularity lead to an intensification of the wineyards managed under more qualitative philosophies. It is from this that "Amarone" has come to origin. A minor quantity of sugar present in the grapes bring to the fermentation more regularity and speed, until a fermentation of the sugar is almost completely transformed into , and thus does not become more sweet. The secret of "Amarone" is the ideal equilibrium and perfection of the composition of the elements, and yielding simultaneously the strong and delicate, the austere and complex, the simple and refined, the simply "UNIQUE". "NOW" in this bottle we shall find an Amarone, that in one wordcould be defined as "traditional" for containing, within its capacity, the truths of the past sixty years of its history, that has accompanied the evolution of our Valpolicella. It is born from classical grapes of Valpolicella, vinified together without any auxiliary of bio technology, refined four years in small and medium sized oak casks, and bottled in a unique lot. Expressing the veronese territory united to its history and the tradition has made this wine "GRAND" in the world.
