Since ancient times, on the Valdobbiadene hills, the grapes for Prosecco,
wine heve been successufully grown to produce small, golden, groups
much prized and of excellent quality.
The wine is well balanced with good arome and full body.
It is re-fermented in large tanks to give a fragrant, light and persistent
sparkling wine with straw yellow colour. It has an elegant, floral
nose reminescent of acacia and wild flowers.
Dry, lightly sparkling with good level of alcohol , it's delicious
as an aperitif or with light dishes based on fish.
As its best drunk young at a temperature of 6/8° C. Alcohol 11%. |
