This sweet and balanced sparkling wine is produced only with grapes from the best years in the central-western hills of the Alta Marca Trevigiana. After careful selection and pressing of the best grapes of the year, the must is carefully fermented at controlled temperature.
The fermentation takes place in autoclaves and lasts about 40 days, at the end of which it obtains this fresh, young and versatile wine.
The color of this sparkling Aneri wine is straw yellow and has a fine and persistent perlage.
Its smell is aromatic and rightly strong and has a refined taste, fruitful and floral with remembers of acacia flowers and wisteria.
It’s tasty and has a balanced acidity and dry aftertaste. This wine is excellent for aperitif as
well as commendable choice for any important occasion.
Prosecco Aneri Doc has to be served at 6-8°C.
